Acceptance

By using Nazzem or the Nazzem for WhatsApp extension, you agree to these terms.

The service

Nazzem helps you save and manage customers and send replies through your own WhatsApp. We never send messages on your behalf and never integrate the WhatsApp API.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you contact your customers, including having consent to message them and complying with WhatsApp's own terms and applicable law. Do not use Nazzem for spam or unlawful messaging.

The extension

The extension only reads what is visible in your open chat when you click to add a customer. It is provided as-is and may stop working when WhatsApp Web changes; we aim to fix such breakages but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Not affiliated with WhatsApp

Nazzem is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.

Disclaimer and liability

Nazzem is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Nazzem at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
